I've got mail! yeaay, my German family send me their winter-holiday pictures. oooh times flies so extremely fast! i miss germany a lot... i miss them, i miss winter, i miss the cakes and i miss everything there. Hope i could get back to germany sooon :)
If you're following some of MTV's reality shows, like the hills, the city and true life. you'd be know her. yess, she is Kelly Cutrone.. the most fiercest Fashion-PR i ever knew! she had a great instinct and know how to deal the mean-side of fashion industry. i really want to be like her (her job i meant) she's a hard worker, had a successful career but still able to balance her private life.

last monday, two of my besties and I planned to surprise our GANDIK! aaand yeah we successfully did it! haha i really had a goooood times with 'em.. thankyou girlies for made my day :)

Paul Arden is a great writer! he's the one of my favorite book author. He had written quite a lot of books, but these two are my favorite. actually yeah some of his thought was kinda weird aka 'nyeleneh' and sometimes unrational..but if you think deeper you're gonna said 'aah yaa! thats true' (but make sure, you've read it 'til the last page)
last night i read briefly (again and again) his book 'God explained in a taxi ride'. he explained simply about God and religion (but yeah, its based on what he thought of course). he's talked about Buddhist, Catholic, Jewish, Islam and others religion and belief too. but focus on what he wrote about Islam, i was kinda surprised and made me smile too :) i will copy-paste it here....
A COOL RELIGION Islamic people go to the mosque five times a day. This may seem a little over the top to a non-muslim.
But the ritual is rooted in something very simple:
The draining heat of the sun
Mohammed knew that for a peasant working the hot fields, prayer would be a welcome relief:
as a break
to wash yourself, especially your feet, for cleanliness and coolness
to have a drink of water (alcohol is not on the menu)
to have a chat
to have an audience with God
this is a civilized way for anybody to conduct their lives.
i have seen men and women in remote Turkish country villages who were beautiful, not for their physical attributes but for their serenity and glow of innocence that usually only children have.
seee... he's not a muslim, but he tried to understand us and wrote the simple explanation about WUDHU.. and yeah i guess its true. wudhu selain membersihan diri sebelum beribadah, juga salah satu obat awet muda loh :P Another prove that there are still many non-muslim person see Islam in beautiful perception, because yes we are :) Very-good work Mr. Arden!
